Return Policy

We do not offer any warranties with respect to our products and services, but we want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. If this is not the case for any reason, while we do not offer refunds or exchanges on original works, if you have any issues at all, please contact us at support@robgrad.com. We’ll do all we can to make it right.

Returns and Exchanges 
Due to the custom nature of our unique editions, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on these items. We do accept returns and exchanges on unframed prints and framed prints. The return process must be initiated with 5 days of receipt, and the item must be returned in resalable condition. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@robgrad.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Items Damaged in Shipping or Wrong Item 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement. You will be required to send us images of any damaged item(s), including images of the item(s) in its shipping package and the exterior of the shipping package. 

Return Prevention
Since we can’t accept returns on all items, we encourage a bit of planning to make sure you love your order from the start.Please contact us ahead of purchase for an art consultation if you are not sure for any reason. We can also provide mockups in your space to you get a feel for what it will look like. 

Risk of Loss
You bear the risk of loss during shipment of any returned items. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
